In order to promote the integration and development of science and technology in coatings industry, the 6th National Conference on Coatings Science and Technology was successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province on May 26-28, 2021. Experts and professors from more than 50 colleges and universities across the country, such as Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Zhejiang University, Tianjin University, Jiangnan University, gathered to share their cutting-edge R&D technologies in the coatings field, and wrote 34 articles High-level research reports in different fields.
Intelligent automation report: In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the current testing instruments used in laboratories, R&D, and quality control, reduce the influence of human factors, make the detection more intelligent, and make the data more empowering, during the conference, BEVS gave a speech on "Application of Intelligent Robotic Experiment and Testing Station in the Coating Ecological Chain". The new technologies and new kinetic energy intelligent products better empower the coating ecological chain.
Intelligent instrument: BEVS exhibited the cutting-edge technology intelligent products of the coating industry: intelligent cone and plate viscometer, automatic pencil hardness tester, mini automatic film applicator, automatic pull-off adhesion tester. Those items were highly praised by the teachers and students of universities like Hefei University of Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Chemistry, Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yangzhou University, Changzhou University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Technology, etc.
Intelligent station: BEVS exhibited the only intelligent automatic coating formula station in China. It is an intelligent small mobile station that integrates intelligent instruments, manipulators, mechanical actions and automatic control systems. It can automatically distribute materials according to requirements, automatically control material distribution accuracy online, online mixing, online PH adjustment, online viscosity automatic control, and the process does not require manual intervention.
